Delicious Egg, Bacon and Avo Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients (1 x serving)
To make this scrumptious Egg, Bacon and Avo Bowl, you will need the following ingredients:
- 2 x Bacon Medallions
- 2 x Hard Boiled Eggs (Chopped)
- 1/2 x Large Avocado (Chopped)
- 1 x tbsp Red Onion (Finely Chopped)
- 1 x tbsp Red Bell Pepper (Finely Chopped)
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Method
Follow these simple steps to prepare your Bacon, Egg and Avo Bowl:
- Fry the bacon until crisp on a non-stick pan. Let it cool
